What is a doula?
A doula is a support person. Doulas are trained to provide continuous labor support, one-on-one, physical support, and emotional support during labor. Doulas also provide information and support to families before or during birth and into the postpartum period.

Continuous support via text, email, or phone for the duration of your pregnancy
