Comprehensive Childbirth Education $165
This is a 6 week session where we cover all the topics from pregnancy to birth, postpartum and newborn care. My goal is for you to feel prepared for your birth and postpartum experience. To provide you with the tools to make informed decisions and feel confident in them so you remember your experience fondly.
Comfort Measures $50
This is a 90 minute class where we talk about both medical and non medical comfort measures for labor. *This is not a substitute for comprehensive childbirth education
Postpartum planning $50
This is a 90 minute session where we talk about postpartum prep. How you can best be prepared to bring home a baby and take care of yourselves.
